The Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR) investigates employment discrimination and harassment. File within 365 days of the alleged violation.
The Illinois Dept. of Human Rights (IDHR) handles harassment and discrimination. The IL Dept. of Labor handles wage theft. File IDHR within 300 days of the act.
The WA Human Rights Commission handles harassment and discrimination. The Dept. of Labor & Industries handles wage theft and workplace safety. File HRC within 6 months.
Covers federally regulated sectors: banks, telecom, airlines, interprovincial transport, and federal Crown corporations. Handles harassment, wage claims, and safety complaints under the Canada Labour Code.
The Ministry of Labour handles employment standards, wage theft, and safety. The Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario (HRTO) handles discrimination. File HRTO within 1 year of the last incident.

Before filing an Employment Tribunal claim, you must notify Acas for Early Conciliation. This applies to unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and wage disputes. The Tribunal deadline is 3 months less one day from the act — do not delay.
The HSE investigates serious workplace safety hazards, accidents, and dangerous conditions. For concerns about being forced to work unsafely or whistleblower retaliation, report directly to HSE.

The AHRC handles complaints of discrimination and harassment under federal law, including the Sex Discrimination Act, Racial Discrimination Act, and Disability Discrimination Act. File within 2 years of the incident.
